Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Organiclifepower. Coaching services and digital downloads are subject to separate terms outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to contactus@organiclifepower.world before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contactus@organiclifepower.world with your order details
- We will provide return shipping instructions and our address
- Ship the product to: Gut Steinberg 1-4, 83666 Waakirchen, Germany
- Retain proof of shipment until your refund is processed
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
5. Digital Products
Downloadable audio files and digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for digital content delivered with consent.
6. Coaching Services
Coaching program fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if cancellation is requested in writing before the program midpoint. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Contact us to discuss cancellation terms specific to your enrollment.
7. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
